Goals for 2008 - 2009	To maintain and update the ICEC Bylaws and Policy in accordance with action taken by the ICEC Executive Board and ICEC Delegate Assembly.

Suggestions and Recommendations	At an earlier Executive Board meeting a suggestion was made to consider inclusion of an ICEC High School Student of the Year Award. I need input from this board on this particular topic. We currently recognize our students with disabilities via ECW week, the "Yes, I Can" awards, and ICEC Scholarship Awards.

Activities	Re-sent to ICEC chapters, subdivisions, etc. a 2nd copy of the proposed ICEC Bylaws proposal on 8/31/08. We have several ICEC Policy changes that are dependent upon action to be taken by the 2008 ICEC Fall Convention Delegate Assembly. Those proposed policy changes will be presented at the winter Executive Board meeting.
