DDEL is hosting a Super Saturday session on serving diverse students with special needs. Coffee, juice and rolls are planned for a simple breakfast pending arrangements with the hotel. The session will also be used to present/discuss the mission of IDDEL and recruit new members for the Board.

In the planning stage: A 2009 Fall Saturday session at Purdue University Calumet hosted by IDDEL and Indiana CEC. (Target Audience: teachers from the south side of Chicago and south suburbs and Northwest Indiana region. The Northwest Indiana region is not well-served by Indiana CEC as nearly all of the activities are held near Indianapolis. )

IDDEL needs to coordinate with the ICEC webmaster in order to create an IDDEL page.
