Chapter #696 ---Edwardsville
1. The students had a great kickoff meeting with 10 new applications being collected. The back to school discount through CEC was very popular.
2. The topics for their meetings are: Participating in a Walk-for-Autism, a bowling night and volunteering at the ARC Prom.
3. Meetings are held on Wednesday afternoons at 3:30.
4. Eleven of the students are presently participating in the CEC Mentoring Program. Four more students are interested in getting involved in the program.
Chapter #111---Cahokia
1. The scheduled meeting dates are 10/9, 11/13, 1/8, 2/12 and 3/12.
2. The topics for the meetings are: general kick-off meeting, unilateral hearing loss in the classroom, parent mentoring program, autism and constructive aids in the classroom.
3. Meetings are held at Westhaven School in Belleville at 3:45 p.m. |
